Your tasks
- Optimization of business processes through the use of our TMS/ERP solution
- Responsibility for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of requirements with clear acceptance criteria and product roadmaps
- Maintenance and further development of custom functions
- Collaboration with the software supplier on all matters concerning the software package
- Project management for the implementation of process changes
- Development of training concepts and procedural instructions
Your skills
- A degree or training in logistics is advantageous, alternatively in computer science or business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience with the software tool Monitor (manufacturer MRI) is desirable
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor at various hierarchical levels
- Quick comprehension and structured, process-oriented working method
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
