- Data is everything: You will create an Excel-based tool accessible to all employees for various organizational needs and processes
- Reliable work: You go through a repository of contracts for third-party IPs, each with differing licensing models and you convert the content to a data base that will serve for the tool
- Teamwork is dreamwork: You will be collaborating with relevant teams to ensure contracts related to third-party IPs are updated and maintained and are following up a new set Model
- Inform your colleagues: You develop a notification system to alert stakeholders when licenses are running out
- Keep the overview: You help create a mechanism to estimate the costs associated with each third-party IP used within the organization
- Focus on the future: You ensure that products within the organization are aligned and supported by the appropriate IPs
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related subject.
- Way of working: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate diverse licensing models and cost structures
- Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have the ability to develop complex tools within the software and you have good knowledge in legal domain for contract reviews and license agreements
- Experience: You have excellent organizational skills to manage contracts, notifications and cost estimations; Knowledge in law and 3rd party engagement is highly recommended
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
