Role & Responsibilities

• Manage & analyze Locomplex data sets related to operations KPIs.
• Translate results into action items for our Real Time Management and Workforce Planning Team.
• Build and maintain sophisticated statistical models for demand prediction.
• Handle performance related enquiries and provide ad-hoc data analysis on a short notice.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in data science, mathematics, or statistics
• 2-3 years’ work experience in data science / data analysis
• Ability to handle largescale data sets, perform deep analyses, and turn data into useful deliverables.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous way of working
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Tableau - Python, PowerBI and Grafana is a plus.
• First work experience with time series forecasting and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English spoken and written, German language skills are a plus.
