We are looking for you as a Design Engineer for a project at our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Bremen.

TASK

• Ability to design structure components and assemblies that are optimized in terms of weight, cost, performance,production/assembly requirements while highest safety of the Product is assured using appropriate design tools
• Ability to verify the compliance of a detailed design solution toward baseline of validated requirements for a single sub-system / equipment / component / module.
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: Aerospace or mechanical engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in manufacturing/production, aerospace and design is necessary
• Detailed design knowledge of structural elements/components VPM knowledge is desirable
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and non-metallic materials is required
• IT: Catia V5, Catia V6
• Language skills: At least business fluent in English, German is an advantage
