YOUR ROLE
- Steer regional portfolio management in line with Automotive OEMs Business and technology strategy to improve margins and ensure business continuity.
- Supervise regional product (life-cycle) management incl. business continuation / crisis management
- Steer Cost of Goods (CoGs) activities and drive CoGs excellence
- Steer regional portfolio complexity management to create a more focused, profitable & sustainable portfolio.
- Steer regional portfolio segmentation and implement and ensure process compliance across Product & Technology Management.
- Ensure high quality portfolio assessments for Management of Change (MOC) and Adhesive Development Process process.
- Support Product & Technology Management process governance and communicate & manage with cross-functional / cross-business unit stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in engineering or business administration
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in B2B, preferably with a focus on strategic business process (e.g. product/technology management or operations)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence to carry out tasks independently and with good diligence.

- Strong Leadership & Communication
- Analytical thinking, Complex problem-solving and Result-oriented
- Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
