In your new role you will:
- Product Manager for gate driver products located in ELS and functionally reporting to Director of Product management
- Manage a global product portfolio and the product lifecycle
- Define and communicate the value proposition to address customer pain points
- Develop revenue forecasts and monitor financial performance, contributing to the profitable growth of the product line
- Develop, maintain, and expand key and strategic customer relationships (involves international and domestic travel)
- Work in a global environment with product marketing, technical marketing, field application engineering, and sales team members
- Have an effective knowledge of mass-market strategies, leveraging catalogue distributors, and standard distributors
- Familiarity with industrial, home appliance motor-control and renewables application space
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and 6+ years in semiconductor IC and/or power management field
- Experience with high-voltage gate driver ICs and the various markets they play in
- Knowledge of power switches (MOSFETs, IGBT, Silicon and SiC MOSFETs)
- Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to work with different cultures, departments, and divisions
- Comfortable in public speaking for promotion and training including webinars
- Willingness to travel globally 30% of the time

Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $119,760.00 Salary per year
Maximum of $164,670.00 Salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
