Sustainability Manager

A key role in our organisation, the Sustainability Manager will plan, drive and implement efforts to demonstrate Maison`s commitment to sustainability, the environment and corporate responsibility. You will be accountable for developing the Sustainability strategy together with your manager, providing leadership and hands-on execution for the environmental and social initiatives for Piaget worldwide. You will ensure that CSR is top of mind for management and employees alike and embedded across our business.

Then you must be the right person to join us as our Sustainability Manager!
You will make an impact by:
- Building and managing corporate responsibility strategies, programs and initiatives as well as providing thought leadership for our Maison’s long-term Sustainability plan
- Overseeing the Sustainability Committee by working and supporting Committee members in defining pillar strategies, targets & KPIs, in line with the Richemont Group framework
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver on environmental and sustainability reporting requirements & other Sustainability/CSR-related certifications
- Managing community investment activities at local (HQ-related) and global levels (global partnerships)
- Leading sustainability communication to promote awareness and embed sustainable business culture
- Representing our Maison at internal and external sustainability working groups and industry initiatives.
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility
- Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance indicators
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of business management
- Energetic, resilient, and able to work transversally
- Entrepreneur-minded and possess a strong team spirit
- Significant experience in Sustainability Communication and messaging
- Able to work in a complex, multicultural, and changing environment
- Fluent English. French is a plus
- Experience in luxury field would also be a plus
