What to expect?
As a program manager, you will oversee large-scale programs/ transformations with board-level visibility and significant impact in the technology sector. You will independently lead complex projects to timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion. With proven experience in project and program management, you will drive success through strategic planning and effective stakeholder communication. This role offers you as experienced professional the opportunity to lead transformative initiatives and have a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

Central aspects of the role are:

  • #Program Management: Independently manage complex projects and programs, focusing on transformation from project initiation to client handover and completion. Responsible for operational and #Project Management , including monitoring deadlines, progress, quality, and budget, as well as identification and continuous monitoring of dependencies on other projects and active management of project risks. Take independent action to implement necessary countermeasures
  • #Stakeholder Management: Strong engagement with stakeholders and effective communication, including regular #Reporting to management. Requires proficiency at navigating interpersonal dynamics and ensuring alignment on objectives at all organizational levels. Participation in project boards and weekly status reports
  • #Technical Leadership: of project staff in cross-functional teams
  • #Driving Success: Ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-conforming delivery of all agreed deliverables, utilizing #Budgeting Skills
  • #Problem Solving: Independently initiating and effectively managing escalations, along with targeted #Decision Making to drive successful project outcome
  • #Innovation: Optimization of processes, development of new solutions and development of best practice methods

What you bring

  • #Knowledge of Engineering: University degree or equivalent in business administration, natural sciences or technical studies with a focus on engineering
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in #Project Management and #Program Management , with a proven track record in managing complex IT projects. Experience in internationally staffed projects is an advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency in #Project Management methods and tools (GPM/IPMA, PMI, Prince2)
  • Thorough understanding of #IT Architectures , current software platforms, and applications in #Telecommunications , with a focus on their practical implementation
  • Excellent #Analytical Skills for producing insightful and actionable reports
  • #Conceptual Skills and a highly structured approach for strategic planning, effective management and clear communication with all stakeholders
