​You can look forward to

As part of an expert team, you systematically improve the process organisation, ensure the match with the organisational structure and corporate strategy, and apply your know-how to the company's advantage, thereby increasing its success.

  • Determining, analysing and optimising international business processes with the goal of streamlining, digitalising and where possible automating them
  • Advising the organisational units on the further refinement of existing processes / conceptual design of new processes with the goal of enhancing efficiency or fulfilling compliance requirements
  • Leading workshops for the definition and implementation of process standards for the purposes of our lean operating model
  • Specialist interface with other service functions such as organisational management, strategy development and controlling in the interests of continuous and holistic performance measurement and development
  • Participation in the Business Process Management Team for the (further) development of documentation and analysis tools
  • Compiling results analyses, presentations and decision papers for the Executive Board and other stakeholders
  • Point of contact for organisational units regarding the use of the process management software BIC on a self-service basis

You come equipped with

  • Professional experience in relevant functions (especially process management, process analysis, conceptual and interdisciplinary working)
  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, business IT, industrial engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in recording, documenting and analysing business processes
  • Experience in building process models using, for example, ARIS or BIC
  • IT-minded and assured user of standard Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong powers of communication and well-versed in moderation and presentation techniques
  • Proficient user skills in German and English
  • Willingness to go on occasional business trips
  • Capacity for interlinked and structured thinking, strategic vision, solution-oriented communication, proactive and economically driven approach.
