As CEO (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the further development of the Outdooractive platform in Switzerland. You will manage the subsidiary and implement the Group's strategy on the Swiss market to develop the offerings for B2B (institutional and private players in tourism and outdoor activities) and B2C (the general public, users of our digital solutions). Outdooractive celebrates 30 years of success - Celebrate with us! Together with you, we want to make Outdooractive the largest outdoor platform in the world!
Your new job at Outdooractive entails
- As a proactive self-starter and you are responsible for our growth initiatives in new business areas and geographical expansion (French-speaking Switzerland).
- You are responsible for the operational activities in Switzerland and coordinate the work of the local team in Zurich.
- You will develop new development strategies in close cooperation with the head office in Germany, implement them and optimize the existing product and customer portfolio.
- You will analyze the Swiss market and the competition and continuously expand the existing network of customers, key accounts and strategic partners.
- You manage the B2C communication plan and marketing measures.
- You will manage the financial, legal and contractual aspects of the subsidiary.
- Through active relationship management and comprehensive support, you will ensure optimal and smooth cooperation for both your customers and the employees you support.

- Experience in business development, management and administration
- Experience in the world of tourism or outdoor sports
- Experience in web and digital marketing
- Advantageous: Technical knowledge (interfaces, scripts...)
- You can successfully contribute your confident and professional manner in telephone and face-to-face discussions at decision-maker level
- Business fluent in German. Also advantageous: Good to business fluent in English and French
