Agile Transformation Office Manager Intern /Working Student (m/f/d)
About the Job
We are looking for a motivated colleague to support in the administration of a product area within Allianz Technology that manages the global network infrastructure. This job will closely involve you in the transformation of an organization of over 350 people and the decision-making process at the executive level. You will help to design new ways of working, enable communication, collaboration, and product development, and you will instill a company culture of trust, empowerment, and positivity.
Furthermore, you will actively support the organization of events, information flow, and communication channels. You will support in the creation of materials, documentation of processes, visualization of data, and collection of information. In this environment, a willingness and ability to communicate at the executive level in excellent English is a prerequisite.
What you do
- Support the organizational transformation toward an agile organization
- Support with the organization of events and workshops on area level
- Support with communications within the Area

- Studies in Business Administration, economics, psychology, IT Infrastructure, or other IT related
