To support the Technical Support Team at the Munich location, we are looking for a full-time (40h/week) position for the next possible date.
Application Engineer (m/f/d)
Software specifications
You can take responsibility for these tasks:
- Coordination of all network and software specifications with the customer
- Conception & coordination of new product applications in coordination with the internal development and the customers
- Contact person for the customer in all software-specific tasks
- Support of the service department (2nd level)
- Interdepartmental project coordination
What we expect from you:
- Completed technical studies or solid technical training with further qualification as a technician
- Several years of experience as a service or application engineer in the capital goods industry, ideally for semiconductor products
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, reliability and a structured, independent way of working
- Willingness to travel on business in Germany and abroad
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English as well as a secure handling of MS Office are required.
- Class B driving licence
