WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Provide general support to the Head of HR as needed.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening incoming applications, communicating with external recruiters, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the on- and offboarding process for employees.
- Help administer employee benefits, including health insurance, and other employee perks.
- Support the monthly payroll process for our entities in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Office and IT, on cross-functional projects with HR implications.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, like preparing reference letters, maintaining employee records and updating our HRIS system (Personio).
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related presentations, reports, and other materials.
YOUR SKILLS
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- You want to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company and have the required hands-on mentality.
- You are highly motivated to work in practice and quickly find your way around new processes and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior experience in HR or related fields is a big plus.
- Working proficiency in German and in English
