In your new role you will:
- Engineering role to Problem solving and analysis all Utilities system per time schedule planning
- Knowledge in Operation and Preventive maintenance work for Main Utilities system.
- Experience in Electrical power system expansion, UPS system, SWGear, Transformer
- Forecast and planning facility spending per planned as production capacity demand.
- Analyses cost of actual spending with planned and provide the reason to management.
- Manage outsource service to Engineering work per time schedule 7.Knowledge or experience in Chiller, Clean room, Fire protection, Compress air, DI water, Ventilation system, etc
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or related field
- 0-3 years’ experience in Operation and Preventive maintenance work for Main Utilities system
- Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Ability to establish, implement, and maintain operating goals and objectives.
- Records maintenance skills to include database development and management.
- Skill in the use of computers and databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Skill in developing policy and procedure documentation.
- Knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimating, monitoring, and fiscal management principles and procedures.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
