Tasks
- You are the subject matter expert for the global MS Teams telephony rollout
- The configuration and management of online and on-premise solutions such as Microsoft Teams, SIP trunk and SBC is part of your responsibilities
- The interaction on a technical level with both internal teams and external partner organizations across the variety of telecom/IT based service categories is part of their job description
- You will work closely with all different service departments - from Service Desk to Operations and other development teams
- In addition, you will provide global guidelines and training approaches and conduct training for your colleagues
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification
- Management experience in AudioCodes E-SBC & OVOC
- Microsoft MS-700 certification – or equivalent experience incl. MS Teams direct routing (MS-700 course completion)
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams Admin Centre
- Experience IP telephony architectures and best practices
- Knowledge in Alcatel PBX is a plus
- Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting and basic knowledge in VoIP troubleshooting
- Fluency in English, intermediate French skills and German is a plus
