Intro
Tasks
- You identify customer needs and make suggestions for their further development.
- Together with the Account Manager, you coordinate commercial topics between the customer and our client.
- You review the contractually defined services.
- You handle the monthly billing of services (projects, support, changes, etc.) as well as controlling topics.
- You create service level reports and report SLA compliance to our mandate customers.
- You conduct service meetings with customers.
- As a member of the CAB (Change Advisory Board), you handle changes according to the change process.
Requirements
- Business IT specialist HF / FH / Federal Certificate or equivalent education
- Experience in service management
- Basic project management experience
- Entrepreneurial thinking and good business understanding
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
