- You are responsible for leading projects to change and shape the future development of the voc. training
- Develop new and update existing training programs in line with current industry requirements
- Implement quality control procedures, verify its effectiveness and conduct evaluations for continuous Improvement
- Budget, control costs and manage the resources for an efficient implementation of projects
- Establish and successfully maintain partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and other relevant organizations
- Prepare reports on the progress of projects and achievement of educational objectives
- Implement new marketing strategies for apprentices
- Support the voc. training future-oriented and strategically
- Communicate with our internal/external stakeholders
